Film and media production spans creative, cultural, and technology-driven industries. The Film and Media Production minor provides students with an interdisciplinary foundation in moving image media, combining visual storytelling, production, sound, editing, and image-making with historical and cultural understanding. Courses draw from art and design, communication and media, theater arts and technology, and digital technologies to introduce students to contemporary media practice across film, video, sound, and digital environments. The minor emphasizes both creative exploration and technical fluency.

 
 

The minor consists of a minimum of 15 credits. Students must take a course from categories A and B and at least 3 courses from category C. At least 6 credits must be 300 level or above. A course may not count towards more than one category.
